“Oh, it’s raining again,” we mumble, running out of the door to the balcony to smell the breeze and touch the morning droplets. I really like the rain.
I like holding an umbrella as I walk on sidewalks or drive the two wheeler on those light scattery rainy days. It reminds you of God's presence and its really refreshing!
It can be hard at times when we find it difficult to see the rain as anything other than a nuisance. However, I love the combination of safe scattery rainfall followed by sunshine and coolness. I love gardening in the balcony looking up at clear blue sky. And yes, my plants love the sun as well. But it’s moisture that all plants really need to survive. It is the rain that makes my plant beautifully green and happy.
The clouds..the childhood paperboat memories...the school rainy days... office bunking...pakauda and chai...snacks n coffee..its all so refreshing in rainy day at home!
